Behind the machine (Espresso machine) Barista charged with processing of all hot and cold beverages.

On busy schedules, I was charged with duty of taking guests orders as well as punching in pending orders to be processed into the POS

Processing of manual brew such as Chemex, French Press, Aero Press and V60 of which all happened to be our specialty/signature drinks.

Taking note and also responding to customer/guests queries regarding served menu items mainly originating from the bar area

Revising existing bar menu item and also formulating new ones as a way of supplementing and also boosting our menu items list.

Enforcing strict observance of hygiene standards in the bar area just to conform to set municipal health guidelines.
