● Assisted the head coach with: recruiting potential athletes, practice plans, creating line ups for games, field work, travel, meals, goal setting, budgets, scouting, academic monitoring, camps, compliance, equipment, player development, COVID protocols, called pitches and game day protocol. Developed the pitching staff and earned multiple "Pitcher of the Week" awards while defeating top ranked teams. Developed and ran camps in the summer and fall while promoting community engagement with UCCS. Successfully promoted and filled all the camps for multiple weeks during the summer and hired staff.

● Threw batting practice to the team and also served as a hitting coach for the power hitters.
