I love customer service, it’s freeing to talk to people. Whether they’re having a bad day or not, I always do my best to help. I even allow people to rant to me during phone calls, I know it’s not my fault they’re having a bad day but it pays to listen, you might learn a thing or two. I enjoy computer work, being 20, I’ve had to use a computer just about every day of my life. Whether it’s logging in information or looking up something, I genuinely enjoy technology. 12/2019 to 09/2020, Scottsdale AZ

I would work with the computer all day, I typed in information based on pallets and what the pallets were carrying. There would be up to 40 pallets a day all different from one another. Every single pallet got logged into the system and put away accurately in the warehouse.

12/2020 to 05/2021, Tolleson AZ

I had to log into the system all the rental clothes that were being rented out as well as insure they were properly cleaned and packaged, so no harm was done to the rental clothes. The clothes ranged from $50-$500 08/2017 to 06/2018, Phoenix AZ

I would answer phone calls all day as well as work the customer service desk and hep people with returns, money orders, and missing items. I would have to return all returned items to the shelf they were removed from.
