Involved in all major activities of the execution of multi-story buildings from beginning to end such as concrete works, steel, etc.

Coordinating with the Consultant with regards to all Civil Works ensuring that all necessary paper work such as RFIs, DRWs, Material Submittals etc. are properly filled and submitted on time.

Involved in the finishing of buildings such as block, plaster, paint, tiling, gypsum, cladding, etc.

Execution and supervision of all waterproofing procedures for both roof and underground structures.

Attending weekly meetings with subcontractors to follow up on the progress of the execution of works ensuring timely completion.

Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager highlighting site achievements.

Involved in field survey and preparation of data sheets.

Involved in reading, analysis and execution of drawings.

Involved in the calculation of Quantities.

Involved in bituminous waterproofing works.
