I have worked in three industries and have 10 years of working experience in the teaching field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

I currently work with the Maryland State Department of health.

I have worked in the health sector to be more précised as a home health aide or DSP till date and also work in the lab CURATIVE INC by doing lab test for patients. That is to come out with the result of whether a patient has COVID-19 or not.

Currently, I am to renew my teaching license, where I have just a single course to pass in order to have my license.

I was employed with Prince Georges County Public schools to teach science in middle school, where I taught science in Andrew Jackson Academy from 2017 to 2018 and Samuel Ogle Middle School from 2018 to 2019.

Before becoming a teacher in Prince Georges County Public School, I was a high school chemistry teacher in Presbyterian high school in Cameroon for seven years.

I also taught chemistry and biology in Nacho Bilingual Comprehensive High school Bamenda, Cameroon for two years.

As a teacher, I was responsible for the following:

-Prepare lesson plan, used data effectively to encourage and assess student’s growth.

-Create a classroom culture built on respect, growth and love of learning.

-used engaging strategies and cooperative learning techniques.

-Make chemistry a practical subject to students.

-Communicate effectively with parents and families in order to best ensure students success.

-Support the identity of the School.

I worked as manager of equipment in a road construction company by name MALIMBE LMT in Cameroon from January 2009 to August 2009, before later became a teacher.

EDUCATION:

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Dschang, West Region of Cameroon. I am currently rounding up with my recertification courses in teaching here in the USA.

COMPUTER SKILLS: I have computer skills in MS WORD, MS EXCELL, MS DOT etc.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: I speak both English and French.
