• Benefits Administration: Manage and administer all employee benefit enrollments including health, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) program enrollments, FSA and COBRA. As well as, tracking and distributing written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits programs, changes to participant filing status, qualifying life events, benefit claims and special employer sponsored activities.

• Background Checks & Legal Contracts: Submits and tracks all background checks and drug screens to any candidates specific to each client’s local or national contract. When a client needs a specific contract that falls outside of Robert Half’s standard terms and conditions, I coordinate between the corporate legal contracts department and the client on the specifics. Once the document is completed, I then distribute to the appropriate individuals for signature approvals and put on file accordingly.
• Timesheets: Tracks and monitors all weekly timesheets for all temporary candidates out on assignment (roughly 110-140 timesheets per week). In order to meet weekly payroll deadlines, I contact any candidate when their timesheet needs to be submitted and contact all clients that have not yet approved candidate timesheets.
• Expenses & Reporting: Processes all temporary candidate’s expense reporting that align with payroll guidelines and assist the internal team with their expense reporting through Concur. Creates, exports, and distributes various customized reports in Salesforce for a wide variety of internal employees across all 6 branches in Colorado. These reports are utilized regularly and known to help drive revenue growing business.
• Process Improvement: Creates internal coding, templates, forms, and trainings for a better and more streamlined recruiting process for internal employees- implemented across all 6 branches in Colorado.

• Sourcing & Interviewing: Filtered through thousands of resumes and candidate profiles displayed in internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that displayed candidates that submitted their resumes through various online sources. Conducted an initial phone screen with each candidate to determine if OfficeTeam would be the best resource to them in their job search. If it was a good match, we would schedule an in-person interview to evaluate and assess

• Full Cycle Recruiting: Utilized Salesforce to conduct full-cycle recruiting by completing the following procedure: using a database of Robert Half registered candidates to filter skill sets matching the open requisition, speak to each candidate about the position and their overall interest in the role, determine if the position is the best fit for the candidate and company, set up external interviews with the top candidates by coordinating candidates and clients schedules (or following any other process determined by each client), and then placing candidates on contract and contract-to-hire roles.
• Placements & Successes: On average, I filled 15 open requisitions per week over all types of industries and a wide variety of positions from Customer Service Representatives, Receptionists, Administrative Assistants, to Office Managers, Project Coordinators, HR Managers and Executive Assistants. In my first 6 months, I successfully placed 200+ candidates on a mix of contract and contract-to-hire roles and was the top performer in the world for internal staffing managers hired in 2018.
