I believe I can offer the management and organization skills necessary to benefit and further the aims and interests of University of Guelph.
After reading the job posting I understand that this position will require an individual who is organized and is able to adapt to a high level of diplomacy environment. From my past experiences, I am able to maintain a high level of professionalism when communicating with students and parents. Consequently, I developed a strong sense of patience and a keen awareness for minor details, as well as adopting to new environments. In addition, my communication skills and customer skills have greatly developed through my experience working as an Information Desk Client Service Representative and working as an Event and Programming Support. I have no doubt that my positive, team-centered attitude, coupled with my constant drive to produce solid results, will provide a constructive advantage to the University of Guelph.
On a daily basis, I interacted directly with a variety of customers/team members and clients making direct payment sales, providing information services, issuing transit tickets, communicating with different groups and organization. Working in a social and fast pace environment has allowed me to develop my communication skills efficiency as I am able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, as well as gain an adaptable and flexible nature attained through working in situations of a demanding nature.
My prior experiences, such as working with the Ontario Public Interest Research Group, as well as working as a Research Assistant has allowed me to practice administrative duties and has taught me solid organization abilities as I was in charge of various tasks and duties, allowing me to learn and better my multi-tasking skills. Tasks including assisting with policy briefs, maintaining and research statistics and research reports, providing me with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. In addition, I managed, organized, evaluated and disseminated academic information.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Azka Tahir
