Compilation of all necessary progress reports.

Attending meeting & co-ordinating with the Consultant, client and subcontractors.

Issuing instruction to the subcontractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress of the work

Identifying the discrepancy’s or errors and timely reporting /requesting for the information or clarification

Tactical planning or site planning for executing the projects.

Co ordination with the contractor to execute the civil work as per GFC.

Submitting the material approval sheets and obtaining relevant approvals.

Identifying and taking the necessary corrective action to improve the progress and/or quality of the work

Responsible to ensure the entire project progressive activities as per Environment, Health and safety Regulations and standards and comply any concerns.
