1.DCAS

Description: A health care web application built on Curam to provide Food/Cash/Medical assistance to people. People who are jobless and whose income is less than the limit set can apply for Cash assistance and food assistance. People who are disabled or aged can apply for Medicare. Children who loose their parents in young age can choose to move to foster care/adoption/guardianship. Based on the information provided by the users; caseworkers will determine which benefits users will be getting. The benefits will be renewed every year and the users need to update the details if there is any change in the information provided before.

Involvement: Leading the team of 8 members and assigning them work on daily basis based on the user stories prioritized for the day. Designing the test scenario and test cases and executing them based on the story status. Logging defects for unexpected behavior of the application or functionality.

2.E-Proposal:

Description: A Web application designed to check the insurance of all the automobiles. The user can give the information to the agents and agents will submit the form in the portal with all the vehicle details. The insurance amount is calculated based on the Vehicle model and the age of the vehicle. Once the form is submitted, the agent can download the PDF form and give it to the user. User can either do online payment or offline payment and payment information is entered into the system. The form is available in all languages.

3.FPTMS:

Description: A web application designed for fresher’s who have joined the company and are in training period. Fresher’s complete academic details are fed into the system. Based on the marks obtained the trainees, they will be divided into 3 levels i.e. Top level, Medium level and Low level. Trainees, who fail in the assessment, will be given 2nd chance to take the assessment. Unable to clear the 2nd assessment, they will be given the termination letter. All the trainee information such as marks of the trainees, number of times they have attempted an assessment, stream in which they have been trained, will be accessible in the FPTMS system and will be used while allocating project to each trainee.

4.E-Separation:

Description: A web application designed for the employees who are quitting the company. An employee needs to fill and submit the form. The form will be going through 6 different stages and need approval from 6 different people and SLA is set for each stage. Once the form is submitted, the SLA date is set and employee is given the last working date. All the process is automated by the system, such as final settlement and clearance process. Employee can check the status of the form any day and can reach out to respective people for immediate action. On his/her last working day, employee can download his temporary service letter from the portal and get it signed by his/her HR.

5.ITMS:

Description: A web based and windows application designed for the IT issues faced by the employees. An employee can fill the form and an SLA is set for the IT people to work on that issue and resolve it before SLA. IT team will work on the issue based on the priority set by the user. Any Kind of issues related to hardware or software can be logged. Based on the issue selected, the ticket is assigned to the respective IT team member. The application will have all details including the person for whom the ticket is assigned. The tickets will have status and user can track the status of their ticket raised. Once the issue is resolved, user can close the ticket from their end.

6.Payroll Portal:

Description: A Web application designed to provide salary to all the employees based on their designation. Hike and bonus are calculated based on employee’s performance rating. The payroll portal includes all the bank details of the employees, their salary slips, and Form 16 and investment declarations. Employees can make use of this automated process which is very user friendly.

7. Employee background Verification:

Description: A Web application designed to verify the employee information before giving them the offer letter. When an employee applies for the job, the employee’s data is fed into the system. Upon clearing the interviews and getting selected, the employee’s data is transferred to employee background verification system. Based on the employee permanent and present address, agents who are available in every location, receive the employee’s location message with their contact number. Agents reach the employee’s home and verify whether the information provided by employee is valid. Upon validating, if the verification is cleared, employee status will be changed to “Selected”. A random number is generated which is given to the employee as their candidate ID.
