Erection and Commissioning of E.S.P MCC & TR Set Panel.

Installation,testing and commissioning of ESP earthing systems such as Heaters, Vibrators, Level sensors, Thermostat, RTD.

Calibration of all field instruments such as Transmitters (Pressure, temperature, flow, level), RTDs, thermocouples, local gauges (pressure and temperature).

Erection of SS piping and tubing for field Instruments as per approved Hook up for steam, water, air, draft type applications.

Preparation of erection schedule with respect to the availability of manpower and execute with timely completion of the project.

Cabling with cable tray including glanding & terminations.

Equipment earthing & testing of LT motors.

Installation of lightning arrestors, equipment earthing as per Standard and approved documents.

Erection of electrical equipment’s and commissioning of complete ESP Electrical system.

LT Power Transformer with bus duct installation, Testing and Commissioning.

Installation and commissioning of LT PCC panels including Air circuit Breakers

Job Procedure and Installation and Testing Protocol preparation and protocols documents

Making SAR (Site Action Report) for re correction and suggestion for engineering department.

Pressure, Differential pressure, Temperature Transmitters mounting and taking online at field and as well as from DCS.

Commissioning of E/P type control valves and Smart positioner (Siemens) type control valves
