Prepare inspection request & QIR’s for all project activities.

Conduct joint survey checking of formworks and steel activities.

Prepare Bar bending schedule and IPC’s.

Setting out base line and responsible to check final lay out prior to installation of pre-cast blocks.

Responsible to coordinate with inspector/consultant/R.E

Make accomplishment reports.

Ensures that materials and workmanship are at all times in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Witnesses critical activities of the project especially in concrete pouring.

Prepare reports and scheduling of project as directed by the section Head.

Prepare project estimates and material requisition for construction purpose.

Execute all civil works with the team of sub engineers.

To ensure payments record from the clients and clearance of outstanding dues.

To calculate & ensure quantum of work done as per design.

To conduct & prepare rate analysis for all materials.

To undertake daily visit to project site and ensure progress updates.

To prepare & submit for approval, the bar bending
