Assist with the development of new design and production capabilities incorporating the latest trends and technologies to support customer requests and company objectives. Responsible for selection of components, development of a bill of material, and development of schematics, programming and production drawings as required. Assist with the development of designs and processes to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and improve quality according to company objectives.

Understand and apply knowledge to continuously upgrade standard control designs by improving assembly procedures, designs, materials, and costs. Taking care of Feedback activities receives from customer after engineering completion and providing secure solutions for the defects/queries.

Team contact point for tools installation, analyzing and clearing bugs/issues happened in tools. Team contact point for various codes used in layout preparations and Bill of material preparation. Design defects in product and tools are reported to the product development team through the change request process.

Document and organize projects according to established procedures using various tools such as Auto CAD.

Design, implement and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes.

Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications.

Knowledge and understanding of the company’s equipment offering, technical design and Limitations of Elevator products.

Ensuring design calculations and solutions fulfilling various codes and regulations, safety aspects and environmentally sustainable solutions.

Design of the lift components specific to customer requirement and also non-standard job requirements(C-Process).

Preparing order bound Engineering drawings for Installation, Builder, Authority Approval based on customer specification with quality and ensuring on-time based on customer needs. Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering research & development.

Preparing access route drawings for equipment’s lowering and escalator erection sequence for the installation team

Preparing Single Line Diagram(SLD).

Preparation of BOM to the respective drawings.

Responsible for wiring harnessing design

Preparing wiring line diagram for production

Consolidating installation drawings for the installation team Study of layout drawings for design, according to customer requirements. Release of detailed drawings to downstream departments. Attaining the project completed within the specified time target. Interacting with Overseas teams (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand) To localize the export parts.

Testing the electrical components which were going to be used in the project before releasing BOM. Doing modernization works for overseas and local jobs. Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Release of detailed Manufacturing drawings/part lists/bill of materials to respective departments. Highlights
