Director of Training and Development (January 2019 – Present)

Administered and successfully implemented 98 Ventures’ first ever learning management system (LMS) integration to approx. 1400 employees in the third-party logistics, technology, and fulfillment industries nationwide.

Facilitated live and remote training: classroom style and 1-1 individual training on topics ranged toward Executive leaders to warehouse associates.

Directed the maintenance of LMS system to maintain the integrity and push training initiatives. Employee course completion rate increased by 80% after six months of adaptation.

Traveled to locations to organize OSHA related safety certifications for employees from accredited vendors ensuring company compliance. In my tenure the company has never been fined or found at fault from OSHA inspectors.

Designed on-boarding training content for new hire orientations. Employees who attend this training are 70% more likely to stay on-board with the company instead of areas where the on-boarding training is made optional.
