Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.

Managing and scheduling the material delivery and the Long Lead items according to the project time schedule.

Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.

Integration of the Construction phase and the Commissioning phase.

Leading Testing & Commissioning activities as per the Project Spec, System Functionality and Standards.

Programming and Troubleshooting of ELV systems as per the project spec.

Responsible for Consultant and Client related coordination and support.

Preparing one month and two weeks Look Ahead Schedules.

Attending weekly coordination and progress meetings with Consultant, Client and the other contractors.

Preparing the monthly Invoices and following up with the Finance.

Monitoring the Contractual correspondences.

Managing and coordinating the project Handing Over processes (As Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, End User Training Manuals, Warranty Letters, System Spare Parts …)

Ensuring that Regulations related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) all are applied.
