Notable Projects

Successfully migrated a data center slated for closing to a new environment. This included configuring vlans, routing, NAT policies and Security policies on firewalls and switching hardware.

Designed and implemented a new VMWare cluster with appropriate virtual networks and switching. Worked with the systems admins to migrate virtual machines from the decommissioned cluster to the new cluster.

Performed audits of security policies and recommended changes and deletions to improve security and to mitigate any vulnerabilities that might be open to the internet.

Configured and installed new network switches in a remote datacenter to replace the aging hardware that was servicing a development virtual environment.
