It is again a 24x7 system where customers application for having a credit card across any of the various stores of various clients under Synchrony Financial, is received and processed. The authentication of the applicant is done under this system where the data provided by the applicant is thoroughly put under scrutiny. The front end where applicants apply is web page based while the data is collected from it and given to Mainframes system through CICS online transaction screens.
