Responsibilities:

Development of 3D models like Valves, Instruments, Pumps, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressor parts using Creo.

Designing of Sheet metal models like Equipment covers and shieldings.

Converting (STP) Non- parametric to Parametric Solid Models with reverse engineering concept for solid Products using Creo 4.0.

Involved in basic GD&T implementations, Geometric check and other Model Check Errors.

Co-ordinate with Academic projects.

Rane Brakes Linings Pvt Ltd - Worked as Quality Engineer from September 2018 to June 2020, Chennai.

Responsibilities:

Establish, implement and control quality management systems at the plant and also the quality assurance procedures & continual improvement activities to ensure that the product manufactured is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations.

Maintaining in-process and inward report for all the parts before going to assembly for ensuring top class quality for the manufactured items.

Taking Corrective and Preventive action for the non-conformity products.

Co-ordinate with Internal audits like Dock audit, Process and product audit to improve process quality.
