Direct all aspects of sole proprietorship construction business with up to $1.5M annual revenues and eight employees. Excel at budgeting and accounting, especially cost containment and fraud/theft issues.

oTransformed 7500 sqft 1940s building into a high-end retail store in Winnetka. This $900K project had a tight deadline that other contractors said couldn’t be done; I completed it on time.

oConverted a restaurant into a 4000 sqft high-end home goods store in Winnetka.

oPotbelly’s: Managed construction of three Chicago Potbelly’s restaurants.

oDirected complete renovation of 3000 sqft space for women’s apparel store in Winnetka.

Managed hundreds of residential rehab and construction projects including new kitchens and bathrooms ($35K-$85K projects), additions ($250K-$400K projects) and new construction. Highlights:

oBuilt 2500 sqft guest house and pool on Lake Michigan using innovative design elements and nearly net zero impact (passive house).
