DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out data collection and analysis on rotating equipment.

Maintaining history of machinery health and vibrations.

Improve availability, reduce downtime and prevent catastrophic failures.

Identify value creation opportunities using reliability data collection and reliability business case tools.

Identify and set priorities on opportunities for reliability improvement by maintenance information using the reliability databases.

Assists with investigations and provide technical input for relevant equipment failures &troubleshooting projects.

Provide support in vibration analysis and other predictive and preventive maintenance.

Familiar with all site alignments, laser alignments and balancing.

Participates in annual shutdown or major equipment overhaul in the workshop and all the plants.

Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program, operating and testing systems and equipment, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.

Maintenance planning, dailymaintenance,shutdown maintenance planning,spare planning,costreductioninitiative&improvement planning.

Participate in outage planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk management, execution and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with reliability department personnel on improvement projects, particularly when they are related to the proactive maintenance plan.

Good knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings, GA, and all technical drawings.

Takes Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

Provide a clean, organized and safe work environmental and maintain area with weekly audits and safety walk- through.
