Parkinson's Gear Tester

‘Aim of the project is to check the gear thickness its addendum

values which with the help of a master gear can be checked in a

large scale without much effort

‘Areca Leaf Plate using Hydraulic Press

‘Aim isto produce plate by using Areca Leaf which in conventional,

‘method is done by manual method. Our project isto produce the

same using less human effort by use of sensors and with timers.

INPLANT TRAINING

‘Attended a two weeks training at "RANE TRW STTERING SYSTEMS"

and leamt the various mechanical operation and observed the final

assembly of the steering column for various vehicles.

‘Attended a two weeks training at "WE TWO ENGINEERING’ and

learnt the various mechanical operations using various lathe and

press machines. Also learnt the “Quality Parameters” and their

‘measurements using various measuring tools.

[Attended a week training at “TVS- SUNDRAM FASTENERS LIMITED”

and leamt process of SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT from

Conversion of raw material to finished product. Also learnt various

‘manufacturing process and technique during the specified time.
