« Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

« Computer Literacy Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power point and Ms Outlook-Proof must

be provided,

e Basic Routine Information System Certificate for Data Capturers from University of

Pretoria (3535) and/ OR

© Atleast 1 years’ experience on ART TIER.NET SYSTEM or District Health

Information System (DHIS)

« Experience in Data Capturing.

¢ Valid driver's License

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

* Knowledge of applicable computer software/applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS

PowerPoint and Ms Outlook

Knowledge of applicable policies and tools

Knowledge and understanding of the legislative frameworks governing the Public Service,

Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment

Data capturing skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS /KRA'S;

Undertake timely and accurate capturing of data

* Collect patient clinical charts, registers for data capturing from clinicians, consulting rooms

and wards

Prepare, compile and sort documents for data capturing

Capture data from available records into the required formats, e.g. databases (Tler.net, wob

DHIS), tables and spreadsheets

Update the checklist of data collected and captured

Export data between different databases when required

Capture Antenatal HIV survey data on web DHIS when required.

Compile standard, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with data obtained from Tier.net

and web DHIS systems relevant to the Institution
