To ensure the execution of work hazardous free-as per safety rules. Planning, monitoring and executing the civil realted work at site as per the time frame. Advise on procurement strategy.

Manage routine operation and daily activities of concerned staff. To ensure that the project on going in according with the all approved construction drawings, contract document, and specifications and all applicable standards. To prepare and checking of the bill of quantities as per drawing. Write daily detailed reports logging work progress for quality assurance purposes. To discuss the site related technical queries with the consultant. To discuss the site related problems with the top management. Inspection of infrastructure networks such as drainage, sewer and storm water. Inspection of Sewer and strom water drainage Reinforced concrete pipelines, watersupply upvc and HDPE PN-100 pipelines laying, dressing, bedding, testing and backfilling. Complete Inspection of RCC Sewerage Manholes, Storm Water catch basins, Maintenance manholes, Watersupply chambers.

Inspection of curbstone, pavers, landscape, pavement and other road works. Overall underground cables MLV, ELV and LV conduits laying for street poles and house connections.

Regular checks and follow ups with all parties concerned for progression of all works. Provide coordination of project execution and control on project to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through final design.

Advise the chief engineer regarding construction material cost and quantity calculations Propose third party to carry out peer review/value engineering exercises in case majar defects were found while reviewing the MEP and structure detailed drawing. Follow up with contractor to mobilize on site as per the time frame and monitoring the contractor against the progress of work.
