ACADEMIC PROJECTS
DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF MINT PLUCKER USING CAM MECHANISM Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai - (November 2019) An automated approach using cam mechanism to harvest and store the mint leaves in a container. During the first 180-degree rotation of the roller contact in the cam profile, the mint leaves are clamped by the movable arm and plucked. During the next 180-degree rotation of the roller in the cam profile, the movable arm is released to store the leaves in an individual container. PLASTIC RECYCLING MACHINE
Kongu Polytechnic College, Perundurai – (March 2017) The waste plastic materials are collected and then converted into the small grains or particles. The small grains are then placed inside the heating coil, where the plastics are melted and poured in the die to create a new product in a desired shape.
