Biochemistry tool: Enzyme kinetics assays including ATPase assay, Aconitase assay, Cysteine desulfurase assay, Conversion to apo-form, [Fe-S] cluster reconstitution, enzyme-mediated [Fe-S] cluster assembly, [Fe-S] cluster transfer assay under anaerobic condition, Iron binding assay, Metal content analysis, Organellar fractionation, Silver staining, Bacterial ribosome purification.

Immunological tools: Immuno-blotting, Antibody raising/purification, Immuno- fluorescence assay, Co-immuno-precipitation.

Cell culture: Maintenance of P. falciparum culture in vitro.

Imaging tool: Confocal microscopy (for localization of protein in P. falciparum) and light microscopy (to monitor life cycle stages of parasite).

Computational Biology: Hands on experience in bioinformatics tools like Modeller, Phyre2, Swiss-modelling for homology modelling, various visualizations software like PyMOL, Chimera, Leica LASX. Experience in various online bioinformatic software like Blast, Clustal, Expasy, Espript3, Plasmodb, Uniprot etc.

Biophysical tools: Affinity chromatography, Size exclusion chromatography (AKTA purifier system), UV-visible Spectroscopy, CD-spectroscopy.
