DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General supervision and management.

Coordinating the timely operations for material sourcing, investigations. Acquisition and procurement for the site.

Monitor the progress, oversee delivery of materials, deployment and assigning of the various resources to achieve the set targets.

Checking on all designs and drawings for the road.

Preparation of measurement sheets and corresponding payment certificates.

Attending all site meetings.

Fully manage the site and to include making sure that the works are executed according to contract.

Preparation of payment certificates using Auto-CAD and Ms Excel.

Surveying – I participated in determination of levels using Dumpy level, determination of centre line on the road, chain work. Also I did a topographical survey for a new road using Total station.

Earthworks – I did supervise cut and fill exercise, compaction of sub-grade to required MDD etc.
