Overall independent Incharge of Electrical LV & ELV services at site.

Review shop drawings with respect to the design (tender) drawings for compliance with the design intent and provide feedback appropriate comments/approval.

Raise the material requisitions for all Electrical services for procurement as per the project scope.

Review Electrical & ELV shop drawings in conjunction with the structural and mechanical engineers, MEP coordinators to ensure the engineering co-ordination.

Cable size calculation; Load scheduling and its route selection, overhead or underground.

Review Electrical services material proposals/submittals against specified technical performance requirements and advise on the appropriateness of the proposals/submittals.

Handle DEWA Inspection representative and rectifying DEWA comments as per DEWA Standards and Regulations.

Attend factory inspection / visit when required.

Follow up the completion of works & will raise for Consultant inspections.

Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site & reporting direct to Management.

Monitor and Ensure compliance of Electrical logs like shop, drawings, material submittals, RFI’s, WIR’s, etc., and material delivery tracking.

Attend meetings interact with consultants, main contractor and client for all Electrical engineering, installation, construction, testing & commissioning activities.

Draft letters related to construction/commercial issues and coordinate for submission.

Monitor and ensure scheduled compliance of work progress of Electrical activities.

Guide, lead, assign work & monitor progress of Electrical site team of supervisor/foreman & workers.

Review design omissions/discrepancies, raise IR’s and resolve with main contractor/consultants.

Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

Arrange training for client’s representatives.

Certify inhouse work group incentives/subcontractor payments.

Coordinate with draughtsman for modification/changes at site, redlining for IR submissions/approval of As-Built drawings.

II. Designation: Maintenance Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Site Survey as per the scope given by client.

Project Execution after the approval of quotation and confirmation.

Plan and arrange materials, tools and manpower for the day to day activities.

Review maintenance of Substation, HVAC, Fire Alarm/Fighting, Plumbing works.

Operations and Maintenance of Air circuit breaker.

Provide technical support on issues related to MEP building operations to the technicians.

Monitor & report MEP work progress.

Co-ordinate & manage MEP related materials.

Review & submit weekly progress valuation of MEP work, Daily work report.
