HSBC provides internet banking portals through their Mobile banking App and services as well as online banking, eStatements, and easy view through HSBC personal internet banking division. The scope is to enhance the Mobile Banking App’s systematic processes, which were associated with HSBC personal banking division. To get details on the future enhancements on the mobile app developed Tableau dashboards for the app usage data based on login time status, usage of pay bill capability, and transfer money features present.

Responsibilities:

Involved in the End-to-End implementation and enhancements on Mobile App data starting from requirement gathering to dashboards development in Tableau.

Worked with the Business team to gather effective real time business scenarios for dashboard development.
