• Make sure my supply room and storage areas for the equipment is well organized so it makes it
easier to walk around and find items for inventories or for supplies that you need.
• Write everything that I have scheduled for the next day on a white board and info my leadership
when it is completely done at their expectations.
• When I have pop-up events that come down from the higher command I do what I have to do to
get it done no matter what it takes because my command believes me to get it done and the trust
my commander has in me makes me love to do my job.

•At my unit we had 34 pages of property book items that managed to be around 15 million dollars worth of equipment plus everything we took in on the 2 deployments I was on.
