I Attended Kirkman Technical High School In Chattanooga Tn Ihad one Year of Sheet Metal Shop & 3 yrs Of Machine Shop. I Recieved My Deploma In 1960 My First Employment was In 1961 With American Lava Company A SubsiteraryOf 3m co I Was there From1961 to 1972 My duties there was operating Lathes,Milling Machines,Form Grinders,Panomill,Polishing to A micro Finish on Dies & Molds I Was Employed From 1961 To 1972 I Had the Chanch To Have My Own Business In1972 To1982 I Was Employed By Oster Company From1982 to 1986 My Duties Were Repair & Maintenance Of Injection Molds,fixtures & Hot Stamps Also Gigs &Fixtures for the Lines. 1986 Was Employed By Nissan USA At Smyrna Tenn. For Maintenance Tool & Die Tech My Duties Were To Work on Large Automotive Dies To Repair Crashes Or Changes To Pm &check Dies Before They Were to run Again Had to Weld With Stick & Tig Welders Had to Hand Grind Stone & Polish Areas To Make sure no Blimishes Had To Make Or Modify Scrap Chutes to remove Scrap from Dies.Was Employed By Nissan From1986 To 2007 I WAS Offered A Buy Out With A large Number Of Employes Worked on Home To 2010 Sold Home Moved To Chattanooga Bought A Home Remodled It Helped Nephue To Restore A Truck & Help With Some Cattle 2017 I Worked Part Time At Lowes in Kimball Tn From November2017 To April 2018 worked on Home Updating now I Have Completed It I Worked for Mann-Hummel from Sept 2019 until my Wife become ill I Quit to take care of her until se regained her health in Feb 2020 I would like to go back to work .
