• Installing of Lease line modem (Tellabs 8110, Teamlink) and Troubleshooting.

• Working on Point-to-Point internet lease line and Ethernet leased line.

• Maintenance coordination with Airtel, Sify, HCL, Hughes.

• Technical support to customer for all types of network issue using putty.

• Monitor and maintain connectivity of PNB branches.

• Visit customer sites (in case of major escalations) to resolve their link related issues. TRAINING:
