1)M. Tech Thesis: Inheritance of Meta-Heuristic Approach for Multiple Sequence Alignment to optimize Genetic Aligner.
(Guide: Assistant Professor Mrs. Avani Chopra, Daviet, Jalandhar.
In this we work on the bioinformatics with machine learning. The Proposed algorithm provides native search dimension in existing search space which helps to improve the optimize results and also helps to track mutation between multiple sequences with effective heuristic knowledge base. Meta-heuristic approach generally uses artificial intelligence which learn from past experience and achieves optimum results. we implemented this work in R Language.
M. Tech Project: KNN Classifier Providing Data Confidentiality using Cloud Computing
In this Project we worked on virtualization by using NetBeans. As we know Securing the data in
cloud is still a challenging issue. In this project we implemented a data classification approach
based on data confidentiality. KNN data classification technology is modulated in the cloud
virtual environment. After classification we use RSA and AES algorithms are used to encrypt the . data. Than we calculate encryption time at end. The Whole work is implemented using NetBeans
