Hvac Maintenance

I have * years experience as apartment maintenance. I also have 3 years of hotel maintenance. Reliable hard working and good problem solving skills. I worked at Springhill ridge apartments for 4 years and when I started there they wear almost a whole year behind on work orders and in 3 months I had them back up to day to day. Have HVAC experience and gas furnace experience. Know how to fix most whirlpool appliances. I know how to care for pools and take care of grounds. I really can be the guy residents call and count on to get things done right!. Great people skills. I really think I am a good fit anywhere I am at.
