Major Responsibilities

* CYCLE COUNT & ANNUAL INVENTORY COUNT

Inventory cycle count especially for those High Valued Items.

Annual Inventory count for all items.

* RECONCILIATION

Reconciliation for those high valued items after doing cycle count and annual Inventory count to see if there is a discrepancy or has a missing item.

* ADJUSTMENT

Adjustment for those items that has generated barcode or promo items.

Items that has discrepancy due to error in POS transactions, error in RTV that need to be balance actual item vs system on hand.

System adjustments for customers left items, confiscated items, free items that need for back to selling.

* RESOLVING NEGATIVE SYSTEM ONHAND

Analyzing and resolving items that has negative system on hand.

* WITNESSING

Witness all transfer out from store to another store, high valued B.O items etc.
