-Touch up rooms when necessary and report any maintenance issues

-Conduct performance review of the housekeeping personnel and team leaders

-Discuss reviews and goals to the department, conduct daily briefing and debriefing with room attendants, team leaders, and floor supervisor.

-Reports directly to the duty manager and resident manager

-Attends weekly meetings with the owner and department heads.

-In charge of requisition of amenities, linens and cleaning equipment.

-Prepare a yearly budget for the department.
