The Balasore Plant currently operates 5 furnaces with total capacity of 72MVA to produce 140,000 MTPA bulk ferrochrome per annum. Learning

At Balasore Alloys limited Ferrochrome is produced by the 5 submerged electric arc furnace. During my internship period I had the opportunity to learn and acquaint with the Ferrochrome production process, functioning & maintenance of furnace, electrode assemblies, water cooling system, hydraulic system, compressed air systems and RMHS system etc. Also learnt about the maintenance and working procedure of the Gas Cleaning Plant (GCP).

HOME CLEANING MACHINE WITH EXERCISE 8th Sem

Developed a home cleaning machine which is used for both exercise and home cleaning. The purpose of this project is to develop a simple, cost efficient, eco-friendly mechanical home cleaning machine which works without electricity, by manual action.
