Oversaw the day to day as well as long term operations from start to finish. Small family owned business that I was able to learn all aspects of operations from loader operator, bidding, financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, logistics, negotiations, batching ready mix concrete and gunite, mixer and materials driving, as well as whatever else needed to be done to accomplish the days work. It was important to build a strong team that was very flexible in the day to day operations.

Determine the daily demand and scheduling for cement, aggregates, color products, admixes, fiber and all specialty products. I monitored and controlled inventory, the financial impact of the freight and inventory materials. Forecasting on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Assist Supply Chain manager with additional tasks as needed.

I have in the past as well as currently serve on various boards for non-profit organizations. I worked with the youth in both boys baseball and girls softball, volleyball as coach, manager and served on the boards for these organizations. I work with our parish to serve the homeless in our community. I have been a board member for St. John’s Episcopal Church for 2 terms. Each term is 3 years. I currently serve as President for the Northern California Cursillo Ministry, President for the Esther Chapter of the Daughters of the King, President for the Northern California Daughters of the King, I am a youth minister at our parish also. I was treasurer at St. Lawrence Catholic School and worked on many fundraising committees. I volunteer my time and materials making blankets for the sick. I serve the cook and serve the homeless at St. Vincent de Paul in Roseville.
