POWER TRAIN NVH DEVELOPMENT (projects – W501, W601, Z101 )

Perform vehicle testing for POWERTRAIN NVH related issues and providing solutions.

Instrumentations for NVH measurements in vehicle level and Engine test cell level.

Benchmarking and developing prototype samples for NVH testing.

Analysing NVH data in LMS test lab including summary and documentations.

INSTRUMENTATION and TESTING:

One meter field noise measurement in engine acoustic test cell.

NTF high frequency and low frequency measurements.

Engine component level and vechile level NVH analysis

Combustion and mechanical noise separation in engine.

Instruments using:

Operational Accelerometers and Model Accelerometers.

Random microphones and free field microphones.

Holography system for noise source measurements.

LMS Hardware and torsional sensors.

In this project we concern to keep environment clean. To do that we accpect the throable plastic

Bottle in our machine.

We integrated the mechanical crusher to reduce the plastic bottle storage.

Finally we transfer the plastic bottles to recycling zone.

Paytm payment gateway and RFID integration for user authentication .
