WORK EXPERIENCE: Well over twenty years in the field of security under GSA/DHS/DCJS/and Maryland Law Enforcement. As Armed Officer, Unarmed Officer both under Federal Contractors and Commercial Contractors and Special Events. I was the week-end Supervisor for company name BTI Security at the University of Maryland in Rockville Maryland before going to test for DHS. I just completed the DHS/FPS 64 Hour Homeland Security Course Training which included the Fire Armed I.C.E. Course. First Aid/CPR, MDTS Handcuffing/OC Spray and DHS/FPS Orientation given 09/19/2019. My next step is to become a Security Classroom Instructor, Security Field Inspector, or Fire Armed Instructor. In the month of July 2019, I was place as Captain of Security during the Special Event of the Apollo Mission held at the Washington Monument. I, do hold (3) three different LICENSES and all are active plus up-to-date, there are my DC Security License, DCJS Armed and Unarmed, and my Maryland Security License. My second greatest accomplishment was becoming the Assistance Project Manager of (OPM) Office Personnel Management Armed Guard Force. Which was contracted under GSA/DHS contractor name was Special Operation Group during the years of 2002 thru 2005. My first greatest accomplishment was becoming a Certified GSA/DHS Supervisor in which I was awarded a Certification 03/06/1999. As a “Up Date “ I’ have documents to regain my MD. Handgun Permit and my DC special Police License as of 12/28/2020.

DUTIES: As the Assistance Project Manager/Shift Supervisor/Watch Commander I was responsible for supervising staff on assigned shift. I was responsible for providing direction to subordinate supervisors. I provided day-to-day oversight and management to the facility guard force. I manager all phase of the contract compliance, including supervision, time & attendance accountability, scheduling, training, termination, counseling and recommendation of hiring. My latest employment with a company name Hana Group DHS/FPS Armed Contract 04/2020 to present time of their next range date qualification being (LAID OFF) due to not being notified that 12/11/ 2020 was their last range date until 01/07/2021
