Description : Finding minimum surface roughness and maximum MRR parameters. Significant factors effecting surface roughness and MRR. Conclusions:

*The lowest Surface roughness (Ra) of 1.95 mirco metre achieved corresponding to cutting speed Cs:1250 rpm and Depth of cut :0.03mm/mm and

Feed:0.1mm

*The most significant parameter in influenceing the quality of machined surface in CNC turning was feed.

*MRR in the CNC turning is influenced by Depth of cut Duration : 3 months
