+ Respond to correspondence received from customers and Insurers, capture data on both the Excel spreadsheet and the CRM system.

+ Customer Service and Quality Assurance to check on the sales made and informing the call centre manager on irregularities done by the agents to eliminate problems prior to the said sale is accepted.

+ Keeping accurate detailed stats on the business and claims captured on a daily basis.

+ Help the Insurer with finding Proof from the police or the mortuary in confirming a Case in the matter of an accidental claim and locating and confirming if the mortuary that is holding the deceased is valid, filling online claim forms for the client and following up on claims made.

+ Alterations and cancellation as per client’s requests, editing and printing policy document, selling policies, mailing contracts to clients, claims administrator for both the funeral and the credit life insurance.

+ Help clients with Queries both on E-mail or Telephone and assisting walk-in clients

+ Following up on claims until paid or repudiated and informing clients of the outcome thereof, Report Overpayment, under payment and other irregularities to supervisors, Provide Training to J Reps, assisting them with product training and how to solve problems, Vetting clients in order to eliminate risk and fraudulent claims that might arise.
