Conceptualized 3D Modelling and design for Tools, Dies and SPMs.

Conversion to 3D Model from 2D Drawings.

Preparing Standard Charts and Working Instructions for Machines and Shop Floor.

Inspection of parts after manufacturing and providing guidance for assembly of parts.

Regular follow up from vendors and parties.

Maintaining and Circulating Daily Production Report.

Maintaining and Upgrading regular Technical Documents, SOPs and Formats.

Keep in track and record of the expenditures related to every single ongoing Work Memo/Project.
