PROJECT WORK AND TRAINING PROGRAMS:

• Project 1 :Design and Development of Manually Operated Indexing Head (Live Project): We have designed a manually operated indexing head which can be used for various machines like radial drilling m/c, milling m/cs, etc for operations like polar coordinating drilling holes,milling, slotting, keyway cutting etc . The Capacity of the indexing head ranges upto 200mm diameter work pieces. With this index head the work setup and working time will get minimize. This indexing head is economical and is of simple mechanism. We are of a team size of 4 members in which all has a equal role to play. My role in this project was to design & fabricate the indexing head and to coordinate with my fellow members in order to complete the project with in the given time.

• Project 2: Fabrication of Pick and Place Robot (Live Project): Most of the industries in India was found to be using manual methods for picking & placing of products/material. Robotization gain much significance in this advancing technological world which can help in reducing the man’s effort and valuable time. So we have designed a Pick and Place Robot which can be used to move a product/material from one place to other.

We are of a team size of 4 members in which all has a equal role to play. My role in this project was to coordinate & work together with my teammates inorder to complete the project with the given time.

• Training: I had a 6 months industrial training in mechanical maintenance and production department of CNC PLANO milling m/c in H. M .T. MACHINE TOOLS LIMITED during my 3 years course of diploma.

• I had participated in mechanical quiz, techno vision conducted as a part of fest 2k19 in our college.
