Engineer Test lab & New Product development (IFC)

Responsible for handling the following activities:

Create APQP/ANPQP functions such as manufacturing feasibility trials, product verification

testing, customer testing, process validation, & its improvements.

Ensure Design release and BOM to related departments (Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures & Gauges).

Create a micro level plans to meet out the vehicle project milestones

Monitor the progress against the Vehicle project schedule.

Process details preparation like Fixtures, ASSY Jigs and EOL Test equipment's.

Review and validate the Line setup as per customer requirement.

Preparation of Test plan as per customer specified Standards/DVP.

Preparation testing Fixtures & Jigs and test equipments as per samples test requirements.

Monitoring the testing status as per timing plan and reports validations.

Electrical wiring for related test setup.

IMDS Preparations, Submission & Approval in MDS Portals.

Coordinating with commercial for material ordering and follow up with material are received.

Sample part preparation all event and implementation till mass production.

Trail part verification and validation.

Co-ordinate with QA Team & Sub Suppliers in order to meet out the PSW sign off on time.

Preparing the ANPQP/ISIR (APQP) documents on time & Coordinating with other departments

for documents & its activities to get approval from customer.

Use of customer portal such as vaatz(Hyundai), Renault Nissan portal.
