Kohl’s Department Stores, Menomonee Falls, WI 2014 - 2020 Director of Construction 2014-2020

Department head responsible for all construction activity in the 1150 store fleet and all corporate campus facilities. Successfully delivered project portfolio with Capital construction budgets of over $65M.

• Created department organization structure. Accountable for delivering schedule, budget, and design objectives.

• Oversaw new stores (takeover/ground up), Remodels, Rightsizing, and all in-store brand enhancements.

• Led design-build of two 1Msf+ online fulfillment centers delivered on-time and under budget.

• Piloted local team collaborating with European partners on design, Planning approvals, and construction of Carolina Herrera flagship store in San Francisco’s historic Union Square.

Director of Store Maintenance

Helmed regional Store Maintenance team accountable for all aspects of demand, preventive, and programmatic maintenance services for 1000 Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Gap Outlet, and Athleta locations in the Western region.

• Managed six field-based coordinators and a 10-person Regional Support Team in Albuquerque.

• Teams were responsible for confirming dispatch and follow-up for all maintenance activities in the U.S. and Canada.

• Managed outsource vendors, ensuring that all cost, quality, and schedule metrics were met and exceeded.
