- preventative and corrective maintenance of both crushing and wet plant in accordance to the required ISO55000 asset care approach, KPI's and production targets.
- maintain conveyors,SANDVIK hydrocone crushers,receiving bunkers, chutes, vibro screen
& pans and all lining associated with equipment.
- maintain METSO ball mill, OUTOTEC floatation cells, launders, cyclones, tailing pipework and LAROX dryer.
- liaison with maintenance planner on equipment condition and 100% work order completion and retention.
- ensure plant lifting equipment maintenance schedules are updated 100% including all NDT's and periodic colour codes.
- provide all critical spares in liaison with the foreman also maintain discipline among subordinates and perform supervisory duties assigned.
- implement Safety Health Environment and Quality requirements including compliance to regulations and statutory standards.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - fabrication of structures that include pipe work, steel section structures and platework including their maintenance. - produce development patterns by triangulation, parallel or radial methods.
Interpretation of drawings and application of fabrication fundamentals of quantifying materials, marking out,cutting and joining with aid of templates jigs and fixtures produced. Ferro-Chrome Metal Recovery Plant Construction 2007 Instead of contracting, company workforce was distributed for the fabrications and mechanical installations of the plant build. My assignment was to fabricate the conveyance structure, installations and adjustments according to the provided blueprints. ZimPlatinum Mine Concentrator Plant Commissioning team 2009 Following the phase 1 plant completion, was part of the plant commissioning team in which its my current workstation. Duties involved corrective work, punchlist inspections and assisted in setting up maintenance structures and standard task procedures. ACHIEVEMENTS &

2010 ZimPlatinum Concentrator Plant - improved the pipework by requesting for ceramic tiling on slurry pipes,applied the loose flanging system for efficient installations. Pipe durability increased by 100%.
INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE
Apprenticeship was completed and first employment offer was in a coal opencast mining setup that also includes, coal processing plant and coke oven battery refinery. Chrome smelting plant workshop.
Platinum mine processing plant that includes smelter and underground mine occasional deployment.
INTERESTS Vehicle salvage and restoration - bought BMW's and restored them on different occasions namely 99 7series, 02 3series and 04 X5.
