PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: In total 20 years (12 yrs in Gulf & 8 yrs in India): Lastly, I was assigned as Acting Site HSE Manager with Combined Group (Civil & Mechanical works for CRUDE, NHT, HOC & SATURATED GAS PLANT UNITS) for

“KIPIC” owned New Refinery Project (NRP), Al Zour, Kuwait, since Jan - 2017 until Sept-2019. Client : Tecnicas Reunidas. (Terminated due to Redundancy). The key responsibilities are:

To develop, evaluate, implement and direct the Health and Safety policies, programs and procedures to ensure company compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulations and requirements globally.

Providing advice and guidance on Health ans Safety standards.

Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.

Advising management on accident prevention.

Monitoring Health and Safety performance.

Overseeing the development of adequate risk assessment.

Worked as Acting HSE Manager from April 2015 to Dec 2016 with Kharafi National LLC (EPC for UDC Sulaibiya Extension ), Kuwait. Project had a manpower of 1400 employees.

Worked as HSE In-Charge from November 2014 to March 2015 with Kharafi National LLC (Shut Down EPC of EDP Valve Upgradation, Reinstatement and Commissioning), GASCO, NGL-4 Plant, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Project had a manpower of 3000 employees.

Worked as HSE In-Charge (AGR Units) from February 2011 to September 2014 with Kharafi National LLC(EPC of GASCO HABSHAN-5 IGD Process Plant, includes construction, pre-commissioing and commissioning of the plant), Habshan, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Project had a manpower of 14,800 employees from Kharafi National.

Worked as a Sr. Safety Officer from December 2008 to August 2010 in Badar Al Mulla & Brothers Co. W.L.L. Kuwait (Engineering Division, Kuwait).

Worked as a Site Safety Coordinator from Sept - 2005 to Sept - 2008 in LG Polymers Ltd, India (a Petro Chemical ISO 9002 Company, Vizag, India).

Worked as a Safety Officer from Sept - 2000 to Sept - 2005 in LG Polymers Ltd, India (a Petro Chemical ISO 9002 Company, Vizag, India).
