Installation Guidelines and Testing and Commissioning Checklist) for construction of SM new malls, expansion, and major renovation of existing SM Malls.

Evaluates and monitors the electrical installations on all new construction or expansion projects based on the approved plans, specifications and guidelines.

Conducts background checking and provides analysis on the reports related electrical systems data provided by the contractor.

Initiates system improvements based on historical data and other references (e.g. cost standardization, etc.). Consolidates and presents the results of the data and recommend appropriate resolutions to the

implementations and equipment performances.

Handles comprehensive evaluation of projects for

approval based on the following, but not limited to, compliance to specifications and standards, OPEX and CAPEX analysis, technical analysis and contractor’s performance.

Monitors CAPEX implementation of all SM Malls.

Single Point of Contact on SM Malls insurance for all MEPFS Equipment.

Worked closely with the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of SMEDD Operations for the

implementation of CAPEX Projects.
