Job site walk through's with customer to determine needs. Then fill out an estimate engagement form, put together a budget for labor materials and taxes. Then write a contract for the customer stating everything included in our scope of work submit contract budget and estimate form to risk management. Once approved i'd send it to the customer for approval and a P.O. While waiting for a response i'd put a stock list together for the job. Once i receive the P.O. I would send in the stock list, print drawings and schedule manpower for the job. As materials were delivered to the job i'd submit all purchase orders into the job folder. Every week I would do a job walk through to see how the projects progressing. On Friday i would determine how much to bill the client and forecast labor form the next two weeks. At the end of every job i would have the foreman put together a set of as-builts. Get together with the client and do a walk through and close out jobs. Also if any change orders came in i would write them up and submit to change management.

Reviewed plans and specs for jobs. Sat with the electrical PM to discuss what i need for dedicated circuits and ratings. Meet with client and architect to discuss the needs for the building. I would then put together a material list get pricing and estimate labor. Go back to the site and meet with my technicians and apprentices to go over scope of work. My material would be ordered in the order it would be needed. We would set up hook paths and strings and then start pulling wire. As we started finishing off wings i would split my guys into different parts of the job. One guy would do closet build two on pulling wire and two terminating data and voice Education

jacks. Towards the end of the job i would send two guys to another job and keep three guys to finish terminating testing faceplates and labeling. I would then do as-builts and a customer walk through.

Site walk with PM then go over drawings and order material for the job. Put in a request for technicians and apprentices. Arrive at site and go over safety then fill out a JHA put stock out and set-up my team to start job. Hang j-hooks put in pull strings and start pulling wire at the end of the day i would do labor tracking and send it in to my PM with the days JHA. Telecommunications Technician 10/2009 to 05/2014
