BRIEF BACKGROUND:

I am a professional Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University; I have 6years of practical experience working community members directly and indirectly with children, Women, families, and communities affected by diseases such as cholera, typhoid among other water-related diseases in Uganda. I have worked with local telecommunication companies’ in the call center department as a client relationship personnel.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

EVIDENCE ACTION:

Lead Officer Program implementation (2015-to date)

Deputize the Area Coordinator in building and managing the Dispensers for Safe Water program in Eastern Uganda;

Manage a team of Field Officers to ensure thousands of dispenser installations across Eastern Uganda annually;

Lead a team of Field Officers in delivering high-quality community sensitization and education meetings, community leader.

Leading a team of community services assistants

Tracking whatever activity that takes place in the community that is provided by the community service assistants.

Meeting of promoters and re-educating them on how to help in educating the community on safe water usage.

Making sure that the community service assistants have accounted for the money that has been availed to them during the week.

Ensuring that the field team gets their fuel cards on time and back checking that fuel is being efficient.

Ensuring that the field team hands in their weekly plans and reports timely.

Having meetings with the team weekly to find out the progress, challenges and the way forward.
