EXPERIENCE

Routine and emergency care of patients with all ophthalmic disorders including management of traumatic corneoscleral tears, anterior segment foreign bodies, enucleation, evisceration surgeries. Cornea - Management of infective keratitis, pterygium surgery. Glaucoma – diagnosis, medical management and surgical/laser management. Oculoplasty – Dacryocystectomy surgeries.

• Currently leading a team of 100 plus, to enhance the market penetration of phacoemulsification, glaucoma device and MIVS in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan .

• Leading a team of associates including health care professional, engineers and Business Development Professionals .

• Frontier in developing many new clinical programs, educational training programs, TTT programs, projects and protocols in ophthalmology to enhance eye care capabilities of HCPs/ophthalmic surgeons.
